Application to Join KT's Bootcamp

Thank you for your interest in joining our KT's Bootcamp Programme. This is a structured small group personal training programme running three times a week at the studio. This programme is aimed at those who have some exercise experience, decent technique and some results, but not the results they're looking for. This programme will get you fitter, stronger and leaner quickly! Commitment for three months is required and includes your Heart Rate Monitor from MyZone*

Due to the nature and popularity of the programme we ask people to apply to join to make sure they are suitable and the programme isn't too hard for them. We want you to be in the right programme for you! Once I have your form I will call you for a chat. KT
